The Uptown Avenue 7 Arts & Culture Festival presented by Commissioner Jean Monestime & the NW 7th Avenue CRA brings art, live music, artisans, businesses and residents together in the Arcola Lakes Library Plaza to reimagine the corridor as a cultural destination to work, shop, and play! Something for the entire family; Uptown Avenue 7 Arts & Culture Festival is happening, Saturday, November 13th from 12pm - 7pm at Arcola Lakes Library Plaza in the heart of the 7th Avenue district.
